In one of my previous post, i mentioned about 2 herbal teas - The slippery elm bark and saffron. As it's difficult and almost impossible to get it here locally, I got my friends to get some of both from London. So here are their photos.
Have yet to start drinking them as more informational research are needed to find out more about the teas. On the left that looks like tree trunk skin is the Slippery Elm Bark (地榆) and the right is Saffron tea (红花). The smell of Saffron is much pleasant compared to Slippery Elm Bark. Will update more later when more information are obtained.
