Hi all, sorry for not updating for a long time, been away for a while. Since it's school holiday, we get to get away on a holiday without the kids to Siem Reap. The province is really hot and dry. But i found that my skin were much better especially reduced in the redness. Perhaps it's due to stress free days. Holiday equals stress free. Enjoying all time.
I have been continuing taking OL and applying Moogoo's psoriasis balm and moisturizer since and my conditions seems to have improved after applying moogoo's product. The two products from moogoo's are great. it helps to keep my skin moisturized all days.
Have yet to try Olivenol Livin 2X...will update soon.
