Fruits and Vegetable cocktail

As mentioned in my previous few posts, I have been consuming a mixture of 4 types of fruits and 4 types of vegetables juicing for almost 1 year. It all started when I met a friend of mine who have had psoriasis on his body for many years and has recovered after consuming this juice cocktail. It was his own recipe researched by his wife. Since the ingredients were only fresh vegetables and fruits, therefore I thought there is no harm to give it a try.

The ingredients are 4 types of vegetables: Broccoli, capsicum, burdock root and celery;

4 types of fruits: granny smith, grapes, watermelon and kiwi.

All the vegetables and fruits are known to be alkaline which benefits psoriasis patients whom are acidic. This is my breakfast every morning….

  4. The acidic/alkaline thing doesn't work. I'm using an alkaline water filter which produces alkaline water. It doesn't bring me any benefit.

  5. From my previous post, i once had an outbreak and it was where new psoriasis patches appear at my back. Then i get to know about this recipe and gave it a try. Surprisingly, those new patches on my back disappeared in short period of time without any scares. I believe this recipe works but for those like me suffering for many years it may take longer time particularly longer due to those steroid treatment...
