Supplements and dinner

Supplements and diets are important to help ease the P problem. Supplements such as ...


Garlic and fish oils are two very good supplements for the skin.


My dinner on a typical day prepared by my wife. She will make it a point for me to have as healthy dinner meals as possible.


It ranges from raw vegetables salads to soup. Occasionally will have fish too.

Read a book about P and got to know that Dilmah tea has de-stressing effect while green tea has high substances of antioxidant but the best for skin problem especially P is American Saffron tea and Slippery Elm. Slippery Elm heals digestive tract while American Saffron cleans out the toxin. Unfortunately we cannot get any of those here but Saffron tea can be substitute with chamomile tea.
