no,i don't smoke nor drink liquor but i am addicted to coffee. I did some research and found out that caffein has negative effect on psoriasis. However i have been drinking coffee since very young age and have never experience any negative effect on my psoriasis.

Do you smoke? Some people say smoking has a direct effect (negative) on psoriasis. Please share if your experience confirms or denies this assertion.
