Juice and Vege feasting

I was on juice and vege feasting this week. My typical breakfast for this week since Monday are mixed fruits and vegetables smoothies and fresh fruits.





The smoothies ingredients are mostly the vegetables and fruits i stated in my earlier post on juicing but this round i have added beet root.

As for lunch, i tried to take as light and healthy meals such as much as vegetables as possible. But it is often difficult to eat light during lunch time as the choices are very limited.

Dinner i start off with a glass of vege and fruits smoothies and blanched or lightly stir-fried vegetables.

I have been on this diet for almost a week and will continue as long as possible and of cause olivenol livin to see if it helps my P.
